COACHING AND CONSULTING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. How do I pay for my consulting/coaching appointment?

A. There are several ways you can pay: via PayPal which allows you to pay via credit card of bank transfer or you may opt to pay via check or money order. Payment is due before your scheduled coaching session and we will invoice you prior to your session.

Q. For phone consultations do I call you are do you call me?

A. Our consultants typically call you to save you to save you the expense of long distance calls if you are not local.

Q. What if I paid for a consulting session and have to cancel or reschedule?

A. You must give 24 hours advance notice to cancel an appointment. Any appointments cancelled in less than 24 hour notice will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. We also realize that "stuff happens" and will work with you to reschedule your appointment. IMPORTANT: SEE OUR NOTE AT BOTTOM OF PAGE REGARDING MISSED APPOINTMENTS.

REGARDING MISSED APPOINTMENTS

You must give 24 hour advance notice to cancel an appointment. Any appointments cancelled in less than 24 hour notice will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. Any uncancelled appointments that are missed will be charged the regular hour consultation cost via PayPal.
