PHASE I RESOURCES listed on this page are intended to help you and your church members understand what spiritual gifts are and how those gifts, coupled with abilities, skills, personality and passion determine where you serve best. For these gift spiritual resources see Phase I below.
PHASE II RESOURCES are listed below our Phase I resources. Phase II resources help your church develop effective equipping ministry which should include the following: Teaching church members about spiritual gifts, helping them see they are a crucial part of ministry, reducing volunteer shortages, setting up volunteer placement and equipping processes, promoting ministry opportunities via ministry fairs, newsletters, and other means, recruiting volunteers for church ministry, volunteer training, recognition and appreciation, and finding and training a Ministry Coordinator.
Once you offer a course on our gift spiritual resource assessments, equipping members is your next step. Our equipping resources are intended to help your church develop an effective equipping ministry. Once you teach members about their spiritual gifts and unique design, you can finish the equipping process by getting members involved in ministry, finding qualified volunteers to help run your programs, promoting ministry, tracking ministry and by recognizing and appreciating volunteers.
