DreamBuilders Ministry in Motion offers Christian coaching and consulting for a variety of purposes.
What is the difference between coaching and consulting? Consulting analyzes your ministry or church and suggests ways to help you, staff, and key leaders achieve desired results. What challenges is your church facing? What are your growing edges? How do you move to the next level of ministry? How do you develop effective systems to manage your ministry? Our Christian mentoring and life coach techniques may include vision casting, writing a mission statement, team building, conflict resolution, and trouble shooting and more. Personal coaching focuses more on personal change and growth. Where do you need help with growth in your own life, in leadership, and/or ministry? What changes would you like to see in your life and work a year from now? Regularly scheduled phone sessions with a personal life coach / ministry consultant help you pin point work areas, create goals, and work to achieve desired results. SPECIFIC COACHING OPTIONS
Leadership Coaching—focus on our leadership effectiveness, growth, accountability, leader mentoring and more. This is accomplished via assessments, leadership resources, and good old fashioned listening skills. Ministry Coaching—focus on our involvement in specific projects such as launching new ministries, mergers to reinvent ministry, addressing conflict and crisis, staff development, leadership development, employing or discontinuing staff, developing vision, staff evaluation, ministry refining and troubleshooting, stewardship and finance, organizational systems and structure design, volunteer recruitment and placement, and more. Life Coaching—focus on our life decisions such as career choices, schooling, clarification of call to ministry, life goals, other important choices that our fulfillment and life direction. CONSULTING
We offer two methods of consulting: on site or phone.
Before we match a consultant to your needs, whether for phone, or on-site consulting, we need to learn about you and your situation. To help us serve you best, please complete a consultation form. Once you submit this information we’ll respond with a recommendation of the service we feel is best for you along with a quotation. Please complete the consultation request form.
CONSULTING PACKAGES On-site Coaching/Consultations: On site consulting, our most in-depth and thorough consulting, is best for those working with church vision restructuring and team building and focusing. We come to your location and meet with you individually and/or with your core leadership to help you shape and focus your church's vision and ministry. Due to the varied nature of these types of consulting situations we do not list our consulting prices. Please complete the consultation request form and we will get back to you with a quote.
Phone Coaching/Consultations: We realize that many churches and church leaders have limited financial resources due to their non-profit status. Phone consultations are are a great solution if you cannot afford to bring a consultant on-site. In addition to our consultations by phone, we follow up with you via email should you need additional assistance.
You can schedule consultations as often as you like each month. The more consultations you schedule per month the more you save. Here is a break down of our prices.

Silver Plan. Two, one hour phone consultations per month. You can save on consultation costs by scheduling and paying for consultations in volume. Schedule two, one hour phone consultation sessions per month and pay just $125. Each individual phone consultation session normally costs $75. Save $25.00 with this package plan.

Gold Plan. Three, one hour phone consultations a month. Scheduling three sessions per month gives you a maximum volume discount. Each individual phone consultation session normally costs $75. With our Silver Plan the cost is only $195 for three monthly sessions. Three sessions would normally cost $75. $75 x 3 = $225. This plan helps you realize a savings of $30.00. Before scheduling consulting sessions we ask that you complete the following consultation request form. We will get back to you with a recommended coaching plan. NOTE REGARDING MISSED APPOINTMENTS. You must give 24 hour advance notice to cancel an appointment. Any life coach / consulting appointments cancelled in less than 24 hour notice will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. Any uncancelled appointments that are missed will be charged the regular hour consultation cost via PayPal.
